Q Where do you ship to?

A We ship worldwide except to the United States of America (USA).

Q How long will it take before I receive my order?

A In North America: allow 2-3 weeks; Elsewhere: allow 3-4 weeks.
 

Q Are there any shipping fees?

A 
Within Canada, we generally ship in the manufacturers' original packaging ($5). (We may 
opt, at our discretion, to send your order using our Sow Discreet packaging - see below). 

For International orders, (orders outside Canada) we use Sow Discreet packaging to ensure 
that your parcel arrives well protected and in a timely fashion with a minimum of fuss ($10).

If there are any shipping issues that will affect shipping costs, you will be advised 
promptly.

Q Can I get a tracking number?

A As a rule, no. The costs to have a tracking number with your parcel from Canada to 
international destinations are prohibitive.

If you absolutely must have one, arrangements can be made - we will be glad to research 
it for you, but be prepared to pay! 

A recent example: to Brazil (large city) $65-$75.
