Q Where do you ship to?

A Worldwide - except to the United States of America (USA).

Q What are the seeds for?

A Seeds are novelty items, for preservation or for medical use only. Please familiarize yourself
with the laws of your jurisdiction as concerns possession of seeds. Buyer assumes all legal

responsibilities. Some jurisdictions outlaw possession of seeds.

Q How long will it take before I receive my order?

A In North America: allow 2-3 weeks; Elsewhere: allow 3-4 weeks.

Q What forms of payment do you accept?

A We accept Cash, International Money Orders and Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and 
American Express.  
*** We can, at your request, accept credit card orders over the phone ***

All credit card payments will be processed in Canadian dollars. Slight variations in currency 
conversions will occur (possibly affecting the final amount charged to your credit card).

Q How is your product packaged for shipment?

A Within Canada, we generally ship in the manufacturers' original packaging ($5). 
(We may opt, at our discretion, to send your order using our Sow Discreet packaging - see 
below.) 

For International orders we use our Sow Discreet packaging to ensure that your parcel 
arrives well protected and in a timely fashion with a minimum of fuss ($10).
