Q What forms of payment do you accept?

A We accept Cash, International Money Orders and Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and
American Express.

* We can, at your request, accept credit card orders over the phone for Canadian orders * 

You will need to leave us a contact telephone number in the Special Instructions or Comments 

About Your Order section below the shipping options when you are checking out in the shopping 

cart.

All credit card payments will be processed in Canadian dollars. Slight variations in currency 

conversions will occur (possibly affecting the final amount charged to your credit card).

Please realize that cash payments are risky - International Money Orders and Credit Cards are

safer.

However, if you choose to pay for your order by cash, please
ensure that the bills are well concealed. Use a blank greeting
card or some other thick paper and please ensure that the
envelope is well sealed and taped close. Tamper-proof
document envelopes add another layer of security.

Please be advised that we can hold your order for one 
(1) week while we await your payment to reach us.

If we do not receive your payment in a timely 
manner, we reserve the right to return your stock to
inventory for resale.

If your payment eventually makes it to us, you will be 
notified and asked to make alternate selections should the 
items you ordered be out of stock.

International Orders (outside Canada):
Please ensure that you are using an International Money Order (the pink one).
DO NOT use US Postal Money orders as they cannot be processed outside the USA.

Failure to do this will result in your order NOT being processed!
 
Q Can I pay with Visa debit cards or Visa gift cards?
 
A Unfortunately, at this time, our setup does not allow us to transact either of these methods 
of payments - sorry.


Q Do you charge taxes?

Yes, for Canadian residents only.
The HST is charged as follows:
* British Columbia - 12%
* New Brunswick -13%
* Newfoundland & Labrador - 13%
* Ontario - 13%
* Nova Scotia - 15%

The GST (5%) is charged to all other Canadian jurisdictions: 
Alberta, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Prince 
Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan & Yukon.
